Calm neighborhood, Close proximity to the main city, Clean, comfortable and good rooftop view and private entrance. The kitchen comes with utensils. The owner was polite and respectful.

The riverside location was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. We loved the calm atmosphere, clean surroundings, and the relaxing river view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty and well prepared. It was a perfect place to unwind with friends and family.

The location is very nice with an amazing view to the beach and sunset. Friendly staff. Some employees are young, but still professional and courteous. They just need some training and more experience.

A beautiful luxurious property with gorgeous sunset. Food was amazing and service too. Only an hour from the airport. Beach very quiet but the under current is very strong so you can’t swim in the sea. There is a large swimming pool to relax in though.

Location was spectacular and had the chance of Kayaking in the Bolgoda lake which was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our requirement. Food was delicious and their flexibility on preparing and delivering food on time as per our preference is also appreciative. Room was very spacious with all necessary furnitures and bathroom facilities. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for relaxing getaway and hope to go there again in the future as well.

The beach is absolutely beautiful, especially for visitors from colder countries in Europe who want to relax in the warm sunshine and enjoy the crystal-clear ocean. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved the authentic Sri Lankan rice and curry, which was full of rich flavors and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices, including a full English breakfast, traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, and continental options. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
