The hosts Dusan and Yoshen were really kind and nice. The stay and location was great. The bedroom is also alright

They don’t provide meals, So we have to bring them from outside. But location is very attractive

We loved the apartment. We usually book hotels and this was the first time we booked an apartment so were a little apprehensive but were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean with great sea views. Ac and hot water worked well and wifi was good. For what we needed the location was also good. The rooftop was fantastic with amazing views and a lovely pool.

The location is super easy to travel even by public transportation as well as private. There is adequate parking facilities. The most inspiring thing is this place is cost friendly with all the facilities. It’s basically a clean, secure place with nice humble, helpful and caring staff. I love to visit and stay again. You are also welcomed.

It's a lovely place with an atmosphere, our room had wonderful bed, closed off balcony great for enjoying the air and a perfectly clean bathroom too. The breakfast was fulfilling and just delicious, fresh fruit and a sri-lankan omelette with toasted bread as well as tea and coffee.

The property was very spacious had a good kitchen unit … the ac and hot water was AWSOME the view and sunset was great nice appartment will definitely book again ..

The staff is incredibly wonderful, responsive and lovely, I also got a free upgrade to an apartment (booked a room)! The bed was so comfortable, has AC, a kitchen with appliances, couch, separate bedroom, very clean and a balcony! I enjoyed the rooftop pool as well, and having an elevator if you have heavy luggage is so helpful. Thank you for everything :)

Rachel Homes provides comfortable accommodation everytime I travel to Colombo on business or private purpose. Located conveniently in Mt. Lavinea, close to famous Mt. Lavinea beach, train station and many other important places in Colombo south, it's a safe heaven away from hustle and bustle of the city. Spotless clean comfy rooms, well furnished. Kind staff. A relaxing place after a long journey. Highly recommended

Chandana and his wife are amazing hosts, super friendly and always happy to help. It was our second time with them and we will definitely come back when we are in Colombo. The room is very comfortable and spotless. The location is great, close to the main road and the beach.

Very cooperative and friendly staff, the manager was also very nice, rooms were perfect, air conditioning was always working, hot water was available, the location is very good, near to the beach and close to restaurants, a truly underrated hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed their breakfast. Ordered a special lunch based on Siva's recommendation,Jaffna Crab curry and fresh water jumbo tiger prawns devil both tasted outstanding. Kudos to the chef who made those outstanding dishes which we all thoroughly enjoyed it and also a big thank you to Roger from dinning for his absolute outstanding service which made our day so special.

Highly recommend hotel in Colombo. Everything about this hotel is excellent. Great Location, Friendly Service, and very Comfortable, large rooms. I also had dinner here and it was delicious. Everything was perfect.
