The location was great between M’diq and Cabo negro beach not far from Martil and Tetouan. The apartments are in gated communities secured and safe . Plenty of parking. 3 swimming pools

The apartment is nice and within a walking distance to the beach the complex is clean and family friendly also there’s a nice pool suitable for adult and kids with life guard in duty all day.
The owner of the house Amine is very helpful and responsive all the time we will definitely come back next time

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The house was cozy and neat, the kitchen was well equipped and got everything we needed for cooking. The residence was very pretty and calm. The whole area was lovely, with a 24/7 mini market and good places for food and drinks. the beach of cabo negro was extremely nice and safe.

Beautiful views especially from the balcony. The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped with utensils, fridge and washing machine. The aircon worked well to keep the place cool. There was plenty of hot water for showers after being on the beach. The apartment is a good size for a couple. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay here and would definitely stay again.
