I highly recommend the spacious, secure, and well-furnished Hedley Résidence, where I stayed for 11 nights. Hedley was very helpful and graciously provided me with a lot assistance both prior to and during my stay (e.g., airport transfers, scooter rental, where to get a trip-related vaccine). I cooked several meals in the apartment. (There is a London Way grocery store nearby, and a Save Max near the Martello Tower toward Port Louis.) Everywhere on Mauritius is within a 60-75 min. ride. There is a second bedroom (two beds), a large living room with cable tv, strong WiFi throughout, a washing machine, and bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). Fans, A/C and lots of windows for good ventilation. I would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!

We cook most meals and this property was well stocked with cooking utensils and base ingredients for several dishes. Walking distance to a small supermarket and to a beach. The hosts provided more complimentary food and toiletry items than we’ve seen in any other rental and it was very much appreciated. Relatively centrally located between the north and south of the island.
