The property is utterly wonderful - cleverly designed for easy and comfortable living with a connection to outdoor space. It was easy to enjoy time there. The birds are incredible! So beautiful! The whole place feels roomy and elegant. The type of place you take design notes. Effort was made to make the whole place comfortable. The beds and pillows were lovely and very much appreciated. And the kitchen is well supplied.

Location is like a quiet private oasis. access to the lagoon and paddleboards was fantastic. The pool and backyard is beautiful and serene. Cute community with restaurants and shops. Appreciated the grocery store being very close.

This is a 3-bedroom apartment in Puerto Aventuras. Everything was perfect except that I couldn't find it right away because the address on Booking.com was incorrect. It was a clean apartment in a good residential area, and it had a large veranda, which made living there easy. It was conveniently equipped with a kitchen and kitchenware, a washing machine, and a dryer. I had a great time staying here for 5 days. If there was anything to improve, it would be to have hangers in the closet.

Very secure gated community….Studio was new…super clean….washer and dryer was a plus.

Pretty grounds, great food, beach access was great and calm areas of the beach you could enter the ocean water, nice pools, lots of cabanas for beach and pool use for a great place to relax. Clean grounds and rooms. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

The amenities were amazing, the selection of food was exceptional. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach.

Everything. The staff was amazing, everyone very kind and helpful. Our butler Edmundo was the best. The facilities were all always super clean. The place is so big that we were able to do something different every day.

Impeccable staff. The Italian restaurant is absolutely wonderful. The quality of the entertainment was also world-class. By chance, I heard a duo in the Colonial Lobby (violin and guitar) that could easily have been performing in the best clubs in New York. Excellent. All interactions with the staff were courteous, kind, and professional. The buffet restaurants were well supplied, diversified and high quality. The room decor is nice and classy, everything works fine. Gardens are beautiful and well kept. Beach is nice, pools are excellent. No complaints.

We stayed only 3 nights with 3 teenage/young adult aged children. The staff and service were excellent. The resort is massive, with multiple beach fronts, pool areas, a water park, numerous restaurants and facilities. Coupled with the nightly entertainment shows, I almost felt like I was on a cruise ship with so many options of things to do. We really enjoyed renting the snorkeling and kayaks each day. If you swim closer to the hut on the left side of the beach and along the safety net, all of the fish like to hang around there. I thought the beaches would feel too crowded because they looked small in the photos, but if you wake up early to get your spot, or rent a cabana, you're golden. We also did an eco bike tour around the property and enjoyed seeing the different animals. If you go on the street/path behind the convention center, you may be lucky to see the monkeys as we did! We rented the double-room, which were 2 rooms connected by a door. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to see a private staircase leading up to a massive top floor private veranda with a jacuzzi hot tub and another washroom. The hot tub holds it's heat well so you can fill it up earlier and come back later to enjoy. I'd recommend bringing some bubble bath from home as this isn't available there. Hammocks on each balcony are a nice touch! You have to reserve the nicer restaurants. The Zen teppanyaki show was a lot of fun. We were able to reserve the restaurants we wanted. The buffets were great and a great option if you didn't get reservations at the other restaurants. Lots of food stands to pick at pool side during the day and great waiter service on the beach and pool-side. If you have young kids, they'd probably love the free water park. Lots of slides, we tried a few. There's even a bar and sitting area in the water park. Vibe City is mostly extra fee for activities such as bowling and laser tag.
