The location was excellent. Many landmarks were reachable by foot. The hotel is brand new. My Excellent ocationroom was very clean, quiet and comfortable, with all amenities. The reception staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was eco-responsible, with different policy in place.

For a Ramada brand hotel, this was exceptional. While not a frilly place, our room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a spacious bathroom. There was a little kitchen space in the entry with appliances, and there was a washer and dryer, which we used for one load of laundry. They happily stored bags for a couple of hours. And, unexpectedly, this Ramada is right across the street from the Hertz/Thrifty rental car office!

Lovely room in a great location. Good shower and I liked that the toilet is enclosed within the bathroom. Comfy bed

I love the 2 bedrooms apartment. It is very spacious and love the kitchen, laundry machine. Location is super good at the centre of the shopping area. Lots of shops and food around. The gym is nice and enough.

Luxury hotel at a super location. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom. We were lucky to have a room with great view on the Sky tower and the water.

Just a great place to stay - really impressed.

Very good location and facilities

All the facilities - microwave, laundry (ESPECIALLY), the tub in the bathroom, the hot magnesium tub outside, the ability to have a massage in your room, the absolute quiet (except when the kids were playing in the park)

Joshi with Guest Services check-in really made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. He was accommodating and informative as we arrived hours before our check-in time. He was very patient and went above and beyond in customer service. Although we were exhausted from lengthy travels, he helped make the time go by quickly. Fitness center, pool, sauna, hotel dining and location were all a plus as well.

Location. Cool decorations. Friendly staff. They went out of their way for us. Especially the manager. He is awesome.

Great location, spacious rooms and very well-arranged. The staff provided take away breakfast and coffee as our flight was very early, which was a very nice touch. We'd definitely stay again.

The Park Hyatt was phenomenal. From booking, through to check-in and during the stay the staff were exceptional. We were offered an upgrade and a gorgeous week cake on arrival. The room was stunning and the bathroom etc. were too. Loved it.
