At the time of check-in, Ascotia Off Queen requires a refundable security bond of NZD 250 credit card pre authorisation or deposit to cover any incidental charges.

Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation cost per room booked.
