Very close to Auckland airport, countdown etc

The atmosphere is great and the staff are winderful. Food was way better than expected.

Modern, clean and comfortable, close to the airport, coffee bar on the entry level, great restaurant on the top floor with great views.

1. Courtesy (free) bus service to / from the airport worked like a charm and very helpful bus drivers 2. Room was just right - lots of little extras that are sooo appreciated (e.g the idea of a ‘pillow menu’ including lavender aromatherapy pillow is very thoughtful) 3. Happy hour from 430-8. A great way to relax and reflect on our wonderful trip around NZ 4. Staff - waiter who served us for dinner; front desk - very helpful and friendly; a staff member on the bell desk who inspired me to use the small swimming pool on the property and took time to explain other gym amenities.

Perfect location near the harbour in the CBD. Really quiet room, very comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. Front desk staff were very friendly.

The grounds are beautiful! This was the best Holiday Inn in which we have ever stayed. The staff was great; the breakfast was very good. But, it truly was the beauty of the garden/pool area that was most impressive. Very calming.

Location, rooms are lovely and new, clean and smell nice. Great parking and building access. The breakfast is pretty spot on also. All round this is a solid choice for short term accommodation for flights, work etc.

The location was excellent. Many landmarks were reachable by foot. The hotel is brand new. My Excellent ocationroom was very clean, quiet and comfortable, with all amenities. The reception staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was eco-responsible, with different policy in place.

For a Ramada brand hotel, this was exceptional. While not a frilly place, our room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a spacious bathroom. There was a little kitchen space in the entry with appliances, and there was a washer and dryer, which we used for one load of laundry. They happily stored bags for a couple of hours. And, unexpectedly, this Ramada is right across the street from the Hertz/Thrifty rental car office!

Luxury hotel at a super location. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom. We were lucky to have a room with great view on the Sky tower and the water.
