Everything was superb! Niki and Marly have created a truly welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The shared spaces are perfect for meeting fellow travelers and forming meaningful connections. The location is ideal—just a 3-minute walk from the beach and a 7-Eleven. They even organized activities and shared meals with us, making the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place!

The amenities are very good and aesthetic. Best view from the infinity pool. Far from the city proper but if you are mobile, it will not be a problem.

I liked the private beach, the panoramic view, the room, the staff! Good thing I did my own research on tiktok and I have no regrets. The location was prime and was walking distance tonall tbr cool cafes and bars

It was less crowded. Staff are nice and polite. Pet friendly. Food is okay.

Billy and his family are some of the most hospitable people I've ever met. We had the best experience ever hanging out and spending time at the beach.

Location! It’s a beachfront resort in the best area of San Juan beach. Many local restaurants and eateries nearby to choose from. Also near a 7-11. The view of the sunset was very beautiful.

From the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. Edgar welcomed us with a big smile and provided helpful details for the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything we needed (and more) was inside the house. The garden area around the house is beautiful, lots of relaxing places to sit and unwind. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be returning!

Location and the hospitality of every staff

Location is not beach front but there were tricycles waiting outside. Price was reasonable too for its location. Our room was great -- clean, new, cozy.

Funky boho vibe, has everything you need to make you know you’re in a surf town. Near to the best parts of the san juan beach and surrounded by lush greenery.
