I liked how peaceful/quiet it was, but it would have been nice to see more fellow travelers. The kitchen was spacious with 2 refrigerators. I hope to return to Kalmar some day, maybe to Svanen.

Great location, I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation - simply loved the cabin style, even though they were simple and the bunk beds may not fit everyone (we were accommodated in the small red cabins). I was staying there with my father and he was thrilled .) Service facilities were clean and close by, the camp staff were friendly and supportive. We have rented bed sheets (as we're traveling lightly) and got them almost right-away.

Everything was good. The bedroom was clean and the furniture was not worn out. The kitchen was well-equipped and the location was excellent and elevated.

Friendly staff, very clean, quiet, central location. I really liked having a seating area in the room and access to a kitchen (common area). There's also a good restaurant downstairs run by the owners. I'd definitely stay there again if I were in the area

The environment and vicinity of the old town, Kalmar Castle, musea and a good supermarket (ICA Södercentrum). It is good value for money and the standard and cleanliness is high.

It was a nice and cozy apartment, located very close to the old city center. Public parking nearby can be tricky, so make sure to check the signs carefully. The host was very friendly and helpful. However, I had to call him several times to figure out how to find the apartment, as there were no written instructions provided. Also, there are a few minor things in the flat that need maintenance/repair.
