Big Swimming pool and clean rooms Enjoyed my stay

The property was clean , the room was rather small , the staff was good and the pools were the best part. The space on the rooftop was great . Breakfast is good as well. The location was not. Even though the beach is down the street about 7-8 minutes, that street is not!! It’s a huge brothel !! Walking down the street to go to the beach left and right are open bars where there are dozens of young girls and many many in the evening waiting and calling on everyone who passes by to “take” them And at least bring them in the open bar , and by open i mean there are no doors or walls so all the dirty old sick perverted men who are there to screw the young girls can be seen drooling and petting them. Disgusting!! So to leave your room for the beach (beach is dirty) or to go for dinner unfortunately you see all this .

Would recommend to anyone. Great pool. Great location. Great staff. Great budget hotel (anyone complaining needs to realize it’s not a Hilton.. it’s a Bella). It exceeded my expectations. I extended my stay here by a week and will def be back 🙌🏽.

The room is just awesome with a big city view. So much comfortable bed & environment. Luckily I was on the 7th floor. The staff's behaviour is so comfortable & friendly.

The room we got is huge, and it is comfortable for me and my sister. The air-conditioning was really good, enough to combat the heat of Thailand. It feels like home. We really enjoyed out stay there!

the property is just opposite the Pattaya beach and many food choices within the hotel vicinity. rooms and facilities like pool are clean. worth the price and recommended for family.

hotel is to much good and Services also good but at the time of bath we went swimming pool that person of care swiming pool he asking about wich country from u r and take pics of mine ...that things i don't like...we r Indian paid money for swimming pool also so that person no need to ask like this kind of question....by the way i like hotel and Services

The pool was amaizing the beds are so comfy the staff are friendly this place is mint ,just bedrooms was average size.

Holiday Inn Pattaya We had an absolutely fantastic time at Holiday Inn Pattaya. The hotel itself was magnificent and the staff, outstanding. We really felt like we were in a 5-star hotel, but not the cost of the expensive hotels. The rooms were very spacious, we stayed at the Ocean View and Bay tower, which had a nice view of the beach from the balcony. Rooms were very clean and the bathroom was more than decent, well-stocked with all the amenities that you would need. My daughters loved the kids pool, which had a slide and a fountain area. We were also able to enjoy the adult pool nearby which had the infinity pool ledge overlooking the beach, which was fantastic at sunset. The pool bar has nice choices for lunch and snacks, we had the usual fare beside the pool like pizza and chicken tenders for the kids. The buy-one-get-one-free for drinks was a welcome touch as well. The beach is literally just crossing the road and you are there already. There are covered beach beds that you can rent and enjoy a cold coconut drink while staying at the beach, and lots of snacks that sellers can offer. You can also get a massage here as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of choices and even at peak hours, there was a table available for us. Waiters were very attentive to our needs and the choices were numerous. This was a great choice for our stay in Pattaya. Location was great, price was just right. We also saw from Grab delivery bikes delivering food for midnight snacks, and there’s also a 7-11 nearby if you need something. Shoutout to: Fah and Bella of the front desk for being so nice, they allowed us to check in early so we could enjoy the pool right away, and also offered a late checkout, which was a godsend. Natda our room attendant was able to help us with our room needs and kept it clean. The Splash and Deli Bar waiter Tong was also so helpful. Kudos also to our bellmen, Yut and Boston who were always asking us if we needed help.

The staff were nice. The design of the room suits me well, i found it minimal, clean, and functional. I especially liked the wooden flooring. Will come back if in pattaya again.

The location is perfect. The pool is very nice the room on top floor I had exceptional with the view of sunset. The restaurant offing a terrace with sunset view very nice
