Amazing staff, all the facility is well organised and clean

Everything went nice and smoothly, the owner is very kind and hospitable and gave me a ride to the louage station that saved me at least a 40 minutes walk. Recommended

Not so much, once we switched to a room with air conditioning, and it made a world of difference! The new room was comfortable and spacious, and we had such a relaxing and enjoyable night.

The location is great if you prefer to stay in the medina! The beach is not too far. The property is very tasteful with very kind and friendly staff. You feel welcome from the first moment. And they have THE BEST coffee

Great property up a small side alleyway just next to the mosque. Google Maps very acurate to get us here. Very friendly owner and daughter whom both spoke excellent English, the best we have found so far in Tunisia. Clean rooms with excellent bathroom facilities, fridge and kitchen we used also.

All staff from top to bottom were cordial and seemed enthusiastic. The animation team were constantly upbeat and personable. Their evening shows were entertaining for both children and adults. The beach was clean and the hotel staff on the beach were attentive arranging sunlounges etc. Empty glasses were collected routinely. The two pools were very clear with many sunloungers available. The pool bar had snacks on hand and serves juices, beer, cocktails, wine and softdrinks. Note: We were all inclusive hence all drinks and snacks were free or included. The restaurant had a wide variety of all cuisines and each day they had new varieties. Quality wise most everything was extremely tasty. You can eat until you pop. Our room overlooking the sea and pool was spacious with a king size bed via combining two twin beds. On a personal note if one wanted to go to sleep before 11pm when the animation show ended it would be difficult due to the noise from the nightly show. Suggestions, pack your earplugs.

The apartment has everything you need. The owner is incredibly nice and he has helped us with everything we needed for our trip.

A very welcoming staff, family friendly atmosphere! Maintenance crew is very responsive as well! Facilities are also good! Restaurant has a variety of good/fresh quality Tunisian and international foods! For kids and family, the animation was very nice and animators are very friendly! The beach and pool are very clean and well managed! Overall, a very good experience! A must try!

Mahdia Palace Hotel is, as usual, one of the best places to stay in Mahdia. From the moment you arrive, you feel truly welcome. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a big smile, making you feel right at home. The warm hospitality, relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings make every stay special. It’s always a pleasure to come back! 🌴✨

Nice private apartment located inside of a large hotel complex offering all inclusive services to organized tourist groups. As such, even if the apartment offers good privacy, the moment you step out to the hotel pool or to the hotel beach you feel like in a middle of the hypermarket on weekend before holidays. Of course, it is a matter of taste, in our case this was a big downside. Other than that, the apartment was modern and clean, with full size kitchen, functional bathroom, good bed and working AC, efficient WiFi. The parking in front of the hotel was available and secured. The old town of Mahdia was some 5 km away walking along the beach. Another site not to miss is the Roman Colosseum in El Jem. Overall, if you like all inclusive crowds in the common areas, you should enjoy this place a lot.
