Location and the staff was amazing

The location was perfect. Loved the beach access and the on-site restaurants. Getting in and out of the parking lot was super easy.

It was quiet and well maintained.

I almost didn’t book this hotel because of some of the reviews I had read before arriving. Honestly, it would have been a big mistake not to come. The room was very nice, beautifully decorated, clean, and had a very pleasant clean smell. I stayed in room 406, which was also extremely quiet, something I really appreciated. Another detail worth mentioning was the towels — very soft, fluffy and positive surprisingly high quality. The breakfast was also good enough and absolutely fair for the price paid. The reception staff were always kind, polite and willing to help whenever needed. I also believe it’s not entirely fair to give a low rating to a whole property or an entire team just because of one interaction with one person who maybe was simply having a difficult moment and didn’t smile at that exact time. We should try to rate places fairly, especially considering the quality/price ratio. For the price I paid, this hotel truly deserves a 10/10. It was much more affordable than many hotels on the island, for example, while still offering a very good experience. Of course, if there is a small inconvenience, it can always be mentioned in the “negative” section, but my stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and I had a beautiful view from the balcony. Because the hallways are concrete and exposed, noise is magnified, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, wonderful stay!

The location was right on the beach. The hotel was clean and always smelled nice. The front lobby had fresh lemon water during the day. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The room was nice, the beach was near, the view was lovely. Additionally, I would like to thank Nadena? the swing shift clerk. She was absolutely great! Helped us get settled, quickly!

We had an overnight stay. The place was clean and well maintained. We had a free breakfast, which was decent.I especially commended the honesty of the staff for returning the phone my husband accidentally left. William May, the manager, was quick to send back the phone after we sent a prepaid shipping box. I would highly recommend this hotel for staying when you visit FWB!
