Our stay was exceptional! The place itself was wonderful, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. Very warm and welcoming. We especially loved the horses and chickens- and the amazingly cool Icelandic Sheepdog! Can’t say enough good things about the hosts, too! Just wonderful folks and a wonderful place.

I would recommend the gardens they have cabin like rooms that come with a pleasant surprise! The access to the beach to for breathtaking views make this a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Azalea Lodge is the perfect road-trip stopover. We stayed 3 nights and were surprised at how quiet, cozy and clean the property was. It felt like staying at your quirky grandma’s house, since the property is older, but has been kept in good condition. It was very clean and comfortable and we would stay there again if we stop in Gold Beach.

South Beach Park and the Pacific Ocean are within a 5-minute walk of this Oregon resort. This is a pet-friendly and smoke-free property.

It was a good place to stay.I just didn't care for the stairs.I didn't notice that when I was booking it or I wouldn't have got it.I want ground floor and I didn't see that it wasn't ground floor other than that, it was awesome. Love. The Jacuzzi hot tub, whatever it is, couldn't have lived without that. There was a hole in the wall right at the bottom of the stairs on the paneling , and then right behind that it was a whole in the wall itself , that I noticed, and the toilet is a little too low to the floor for an old crippled lady i fell while trying to sit down on it. Thank God I was down to it and not get the floor I would suggest getting a little bit taller toilets. Other than that everything was fine.
