Everything!!! I do mean EVERYTHING!!! WORLDS BEST CISTOMER SERVICE!!! I had originally made my reservation online. And then a few days later, I had to make some changes and ask some questions. I was multitasking and thought. I could just make the changes online. I hung up my call to them. A couple minutes later, my phone rings. Its Weirs Beach. She saw that I had called and she waa sorry that she missed my call. WHAT!!!!!!????? TALK ABOUT GOING ABOVE AND WAY BEYOND!!! The sweetest and most kindness Woman to ever run a Hotel establishment!!! I even had to make sure I got a photo together. Also; CLEANEST cabin ever!!! CLEANEST BATHROOM EVER!!! JUST PERFECT!!!

The motel is within walking distance to Weirs Beach and has a great location. Room was updated and very clean. Property is very well maintained. I did not interact much with the staff, but the man in the office was helpful and informative. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.

The property is on the hill overlooking the boardwalk on Weirs Beach with a beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaukee. It’s a short walk down the hill to restaurants, arcades and the Mt. Washington cruise boat/Scenic Railroad. It is also a short drive to downtown Laconia.

Really close to the beach/lake area (2 mins of walking max), and very lovely bench area right next to the Inn. I could see a cottage might be a really good choice for the privacy.

So clean! Renovated cabin in a perfect location to walk to Boardwalk, beach and meals. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the comfy chairs with vast lake views— just being still! Janet was a gracious host, one of the nicest properties around
