Georgiafirst of all, the location of the hotel is fantastic, it is close to the boulevard and other places located in the center of the city thus I could say it is in the heart of Batumi. The moment we stepped in nice and calm music along with a warm and modern interior caught our attention. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are well furnished, there was enough space for three people to place our belongings. The room was also clean and tidy. Breakfast offered a wide range of choice,(international and traditional foods) which was totally amazing.

Excellent hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable, the air conditioning works well, as soon as you leave the hotel courtyard you immediately find yourself on the beach, under the hotel there is a good restaurant with reasonable prices and good service, excellent option for a family vacation. Special thanks for very professional administrator "Gela" who made our stay wonderful.

I liked the apartment very much. It had all the necessary facilities including two bathrobes, home shoes, a kettle, small refrigerator, etc. The hosts were super friendly and always willing to help. They also recommended some nice places to have a meal, and they were always online/at the reception. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and clean.
Pretty close to the seaside, around 1 km walk.

We had variety of tasty dishes. The stuff was really hospitable. We arrived earlier than expected but they didn’t make us wait for a long time, helped to check in earlier.
We loved that the private beach was close enough to the hotel and we could get there anytime we wanted

Hotels location is amazing, you can see large area of Batumi from the balcony, the beach, open ocean in one side and the city in the middle and then beautiful mountains in the other side.
Breakfast was available on extra charge at the restaurant on the ground floor. a good selection of food and satisfied.
They can keep your luggage safe if you arrive early or if you check out on time but still want to leave luggage and hang around in Batumi. they handle it well I would say.

The apartment is very nice, modern and clean. Views of the Black Sea and batumi are super nice and it’s a very nice spot to see the sunset. Very close to the natural beach. Zaza was very helpful and attentive. The pool area is super nice and the restaurant is amazing!

The location is perfect, right on the beach line one, has very clean and nice pool in front ,which we enjoyed a lot while sunshine was too strong during the hot afternoons. The food, at the restaurant of the hotel, is super delicious with reasonable prices.

Amazing new hostel with great interior and
clean rooms. Great location, 10 min from beach and really nice people staff. Close to the seaside, park and historical heart of the city. A lot of restaurants, bars and groceries are just around the corner.
