The location is wonderful because it's seclusive in a quiet neighborhood yet not that far away from the center of the town. I had very nice rest because of the quietness and it took me only 10 - 15 minutes to the nice restaurants. It's a wonderful stay.

People is very nice and the hotel cute and clean. We enjoy the conversation with other guests and with the people that works at the hotel. Location is very good and quiet.

Hotel quality accommodation with B&B facilities. Really great room, comfy bed, hot shower, nice lighting, fast WiFi, really quiet at night (no barking dogs!!) Use of kitchen to store fresh food and cook. Staff were super nice, and patient with me getting in their way while I cooked eggs. Also got some great recommendations for places to visit after I left Panguipulli. A little bit out of town but only 10-15 minutes walk to the centre, or the lake.
