Amazing location, right in the heart of Aachen. Really easy to check-in (once you read the instructions!) You don't need a room key, you open the door with a swipe on your phone. Really lovely room, and close to everything.

Lovely countryside location, top class customer service, and the room was very comfortable to stay in. Also had dinner at the on-site restaurant which was very relaxing. Big customer service applaud to one of the hotel staff Jacob. At breakfast I asked him to print a picture from my phone. It was of my uncle who was killed in WW2 when the bomber he was in was shot down. We were visiting his grave that day near the Netherlands border. Jacob did not just print the picture - he laminated it for me. Little acts of kindness make a difference.

The hotel and room is very clean and the staff is very nice. As their restaurant was closed, we had a nice walk down the street for dinner. We would definitely stay there again.
