The guesthouse is incredibly atmospheric, cozy, and beautifully decorated in a charming retro style. We stayed in April and it was very warm and comfortable; the beds were excellent, allowing us to fully rest. Despite having the smallest room, it felt spacious enough with plenty of room for our things and a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom was also great with a good shower and constant hot water. The highlight was the breakfast room — the table setting was stunning, and the classic German breakfast was delicious. We loved the beautiful views from the window, the light pleasant music, and the overall vintage entourage. The staff was very friendly, making it the perfect place to recharge after our hike before continuing our journey.

The view was phenomenal, and the location great with its close vicinity to downtown St Andreasberg. The breakfast was decent, and it was very nice of the owner to wait for us when it was clear that we couldn't make it there during the regular check-in hours. We were able to check in at 9 PM. The bed was very comfortable.
