About us In early 2016 my husband and I decided to make our dream come true: As passionate mountainbikers we wanted to live and work where we only had been for holidays before. So we quit our jobs, left the big city of Hamburg and moved to tranquil St. Andreasberg to start our new Harz Mountain B&B project. We have always had a passion for travel, also with our bikes, and we love good food. We had lots of ideas in mind and a pretty clear picture of how our bed & breakfast for mountainbikers and outdoor sports enthusiasts should be like: informal, with tasty breakfast, not like a hotel but more like visiting friends. In Spring 2017 we opened up our bed & breakfast amid the Upper High Mountains‘ nature idyll, in the charming mountain town of St. Andreasberg. It has everything you might need for your next Harz Mountain adventure: centrally located, handy mtb and outdoor sports features, big rooms with balcony or terrace, a spacious shared lounge with a kitchen. Our B&B is located close to the forest’s edge, the mountain view is stunning. In the morning you can watch the hinds strolling in our garden, but for dinner it’s still only a few meters to reach one of St. Andreasberg’s restaurants. The perfect basecamp for your outdoor adventures!
