The location was perfect. Across the street from the Plaza Abastos, hence the name, and just down the path from the main Plaza. We literally could not have asked for a better location for visiting and getting to know Carmona. The hotel was a former convent and the inner courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was nice, with coffee, cereal, yogurt, fruit and a variety of breads to toast with yummy toppings. We were also invited to stop by in the afternoon for a coffee if desired. Our room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed and a very nice sized bathroom with a shower. We had no issues and the rooms were made up daily. Antonio and Sandra were genuine, personable, honest, friendly and loving. We stayed 10 days and we were always met with a smile and friendly greeting. They always had time to either help, answer questions and many times to just chat. The cleaning staff especially Sara, were also friendly and helpful. The hotel is family run and it shows in all of the best ways. We felt a real sense of sadness to leave a place that in such a short time really began to feel like home.

Quirky, old building on a central plaza. Very attractive building inside, nicely decorated. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is right off the high way, parking is right in front, for free. The staff was great, especially Raphael, they welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. The room we got was cozy, super clean, and nicely decorated. We recommend it if you need a place to sleep in the area! There's also a bar with local products and we had a great breakfast
