B&Bs in Ponferrada

The staff is very nice and tries to help in any way. Their English is limited, but hey we are in Spain, so we should put all effort in speaking Spanish. Also, across the street is a laundry service!

It was right on the Camino and the room was very clean. The staff were nice to deal with and helpful. I felt like I was staying in a hotel as opposed to a hostel. The on-site restaurant had good food, too. I highly recommend.

The breakfast was great and a very good value. It’s close to the Camino. The manager was very kind and didn’t hesitate to find me a new room when there was a problem with the first one. Very professional!

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Although their dinner service didn’t start in the restaurant until 9 PM, they made a salad and sandwich for me at 6:30 because they knew that the pilgrims go to bed early. I really appreciated it. Their freshly squeezed orange juice the next morning was fantastic. The woman behind the bar even showed me a quicker way to get back onto the Camino.

Central location with friendly host (Jose). Very clean and quiet with strong wifi. Perfect for an overnight stay for pilgrims.

Well located right on the Camino, near several bars. Very comfortable and nicely appointed accommodation, with homey touches. The owner, Joaquin, was exceptionally communicative with us and ensured we had all necessary information for check-in and ensured our stay was positive . A WONDERFUL respite from the often close and cramped accommodations one often finds along the Camino.
