The staff was exceptional. We were very late and Debora went over and above to get us checked in via email. Her instructions were perfect and we were able to enter the property and get in our room after midnight. I can’t even begin to explain how much we appreciated her. She honestly cared about getting us in our room. Amazing customer service!

I usually don't rate properties with a 10 because there is always space for improvement, but this hostal has exceeded our expectations. The most friendly stuff, the best breakfast, quiet and beautifully arranged garden. Even though it is a little far from the city center, it is definitely one of the best stays we ever had.
