Isabelle was a great hostess. She provided recommendations for things to do and restaurants nearby. It was easy retrieving the keys to enter the apartment. The apartment is on the street level so no climbing stairs. The apartment has high ceilings. The wooden bathroom doors were cool and unique. The apartment had a washer/dryer combo which was very handy. Coffee and tea was provided along with the appliances like a Nespresso machine. The bed was large and comfortable. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There is no stove top but there is a microwave and small dishwasher. There is also a mini fridge. The location is great. The Farmers Markets on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are a block away. You can pick up bread, meats, cheeses, and seasonal fruit. There is no street traffic except for the small electric bus so it is quiet. You can get picked up by Uber just a block away.

Hélène and Nolvene were absolutely amazing hostesses, one being a chef. The breakfasts and dinner cooked for us were exceptional, perfect ambiance and all the amenities. Also a quick drive to downtown.

Breakfast was prepared every morning by the proprietor Florence. She brought in freshly baked breads , Ahhhh! Chestnut Bread!!! Each morning she went to the local bakery. We loved our accommodations, extremely comfortable and luxe. The grounds of this charming bastide are heavenly, with lovely sounds of nature and perfumed with the scents of Heather when awakening. The place is dreamy.

The BnB is simply beautiful. Setting is on a hilltop in a forest about 2 miles from the city center. The decor is astounding. The dining area features many paintings by the owner's mother which we thought were museum quality. Our bedroom was very comfortable with outdoor seating looking into gardens and forest. The pool looks out on a mountain ridge. Although mid-October, I enjoyed a morning plunge. The highlight of the stay was the warmth and hospitality of Jerome and Carole. Carole was particularly helpful with suggestions about what to do and showed a keen interest in our experience while also sharing her interests and love of the area.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Lou Pantai, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, Esther, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She clearly puts a lot of care into every aspect of the property. The house is surrounded by stunning, flower-filled gardens that are beautifully maintained—Esther’s green thumb is truly impressive! It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was tastefully decorated, combining comfort with style. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and both the room and the private bathroom were spotless and thoughtfully arranged. We would highly recommend Lou Pantai to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in a charming setting. Hopefully, we’ll have the chance to return someday!

Dominique is an exceptional hostess, friendly, helpful and charming. The house is full of character, and the suite is spacious and private. There is a large outdoor terrace overlooking the fountain in the garden. A good French breakfast is served on the terrace in fine weather. The house is in a quiet area, about a 15 minute drive from the lovely city of Aix. The accommodation is very clean and the bed was comfortable. Some reviews have mentioned the bed not being long enough. We did not find that at all and I am 6 feet tall!
