This is an apartment is in a nice residential neighborhood in Santa Margherita. The apartment is about 250 yards from the main area in town. Santa Margherita is right on the water. The streets are lined with little cafes and restaurants, with some pedestrian-only blocks. The waterfront is beautiful, with cafes, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The apartment's landlady is helpful, caring, and friendly. It was interesting to be in a residential area. There are small grocery, drug, and curio stores intermingled between the cafes. We took the ferry to Portofino, just 20 minutes away. A very pleasant place to visit.

Breakfast was great, served outdoors. Room was more like a small apartment with private terrace than merely a room. Grounds were lovely but not quite ready for the start of the season (we were there at the end of May.)

Nice location set amongst the vineyards. Great breakfast and we were pleased to be able to use the covered outdoor cooking facilities in the evening. Also dog friendly.

Breakfast was light, but homemade. The location is by highway in the middle of nowhere, but quiet and nice. The room was spacious and decorated.
