It was super clean and spacious. Close to cafes and restaurants. Very quiet. If you open the window, you hear planes come and go, but if you keep it closed you don’t hear a thing.

Great AC, comfortable beds, large room, little balconies if it is cool enough to sit outside. 2 blocks or less from the beach. Great location! Staff was nice, great little DIY breakfast.

Cute town near the Nice airport and a beautiful modern boat marina. If you find yourself in the center square of the town, there is a great little Sicilian restaurant called Picca a Picca just off the square. Giusseppe and Silvia make some amazing food..and are the kindest people. Highly recommend it.

The city is lovely and small. It has everything you need. I recommend others to be careful with the transportation, it is very problematic. Bus 21 for example was delayed a lot. I totally recommend not visiting in July, it is extremely hot and humid and it takes a toll on your energy. Be careful with Zou 7 days Passes, on the website they say it is available for trains as well, but the validators in the smaller train stations (like Cros de Cagnes) don't recognize it and you could pay a fine. One more recommendation would be to stay longer than 5 days, to be able to see all the beauties around, this area really is the golden coast.

It is a very nice location on the beach shore, everything is easy to do by foot, beware if you want to drive a car, first get the right Maps and study it very carefully, if you use a GPS never set the Residence Heliotel address given it's to hassle to get there, instead of the right address is one : 254 Ave Robert Surcouf, Saint Laurent du Var, you'll get there in 5 mn.

Nice is a beautiful city, especially for anyone who enjoys great food and shopping. The Old Town (Vieux Nice) is absolutely charming, with its lively markets, cozy cafés, and wonderful atmosphere. The sea is stunning and the water is crystal clear. The only downside is the beach access – the large pebbles make it a bit difficult to get in and out of the water, especially when there are waves. Overall, Nice is a fantastic destination that I would highly recommend.

Beach location is great.
Beach location is great. Restaurants are plentiful and the CAP 3000 shopping center is impressive in size, design, and variety of retail tenants. It is the French Riviera, so prices of about everything are inflated.
