Centrally located on the main road, near the marshrutka stand to Mestia. Clean and comfortable rooms. Attached restaurant serving excellent food. Friendly staff. Excellent value.

The host is truly kind and welcoming. The house is cozy and has a warm atmosphere. The meals she prepares are delicious and made with care — I highly recommend requesting them. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. Although it’s a bit away from the city center, it’s only about a 10-minute walk, so it’s no issue at all. There are both old and new buildings, so you can choose based on your preference. I’m very grateful for the warm hospitality and the host’s constant kindness.

Very quiet location where you can hear the running river right behind the guesthouse, yet just a very brief walk to everything else. Very kind and gracious hosts, and this was certainly the absolute best home-cooked food I've had in my Georgian travels.

The experience was very warm and welcoming. The lady was very nice—she prepared generous breakfasts and dinners for me, the room was very comfortable, and the shower facilities were excellent as well.

A decent guesthouse on the walk from Mestia to ushguli. Very nice hosts. Try to accommodate every request.

Staying at Raul’s was our favourite night on our Mestia hike. Not only is Raul’s place incredible and interesting, but Raul himself is a kind and warm man. He gave us cha cha on our night and crystals when we left and made us feel incredibly welcome. Thank you Raul, we loved our stay at your beautiful guesthouse, we miss it so much!

After a long day of hiking we were very kindly welcomed by the cutest 6yo host, Andrea. He guided us upstairs to his brother, Georgi, who showed us our room, offered us a drink, and translated everything his mother wanted to tell us as she spoke. We immediately felt at ease, this family's level of hospitality is outstanding! The shower was also warm, the view from the terrace was amazing, and the food was the best we had on the hike (Mestia to Ushguli). Also, the chacha was great. We really recommend staying here, it was our best experience with guesthouses in Georgia.

This is a woman-owned business. The lady who owns and runs this place is a professional host, a mom, amazing chef, a mountaineer, and much more. She picked us up from the highway and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Dinner and breakfast were 30 GEL each and they were delicious. The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable.

Amazing and beautiful location, much nicer than staying further on in Iprari as I think most people do. Beautiful old house, with great hammocks and grassy area, the breakfast and dinner were of great quality, and different to the usual fare of the rest of the guesthouses we stayed at. Dinner was 40 Lari pp and breakfast 30, this did feel slightly expensive but you are paying for the remoteness of the village and the 3 lovely hosts 😊

Great location on a Mestia Ushguli trail . Dinner was delicious we had it together with other guests . Very warm and friendly atmosphere .Beds and matrasses are new . Great Terrasse to chill on . Highly recommended !
