The couple who runs the place are simply brilliant. Very friendly people, easygoing and and helpful in every way. The whole place literally oozes the atmosphere of the old times. The rooms are spacious, there is also a big terrace where you can sit and chill. We were offered a traditional Georgian breakfast, which was delicious. All in all, a great experience!

My god, so many things were great here. The owner was super nice and showed us around and we could explore the farm with all the animals and a garden. The hotel itself is cozy and moody, one of its kind. Our room was huge and all the facilities were satisfactory. We got a tasty and diverse breakfast and dinner. The whole place is so beautiful one could spend a whole week exploring the area. Also the water dam is close by.

Very nice property with excellent food ( we were even made a small dinner because the host could tell we were very hungry—so accommodating!). Room was large and bed was comfortable. Host arranged a Jeep to kickstart our hike to tobavarchkilli lake, which was very helpful logistically albeit more expensive than hitchhiking.

Breakfast and dinner exceeded our (group of 6 Georgian bikers) expectations. Food was delicious!!! Acxomodarion was even more surprising- it is almost impossible to find in rural part of Georgia a room, in a more than 100 years old wooden guest-house, with a decent and spacious bathroom! The host is a lovely, easy to communicate Georgian family - Thea, Sergi and their two lovely little daughters.
