B&Bs in Pointe-Noire

It was private but close to a lot of amenities and activities. Loved having the pool right there! Hosts were very welcoming and excited to talk about the area. They brought us to see the beautiful sunset by the ocean a short walk from the property! Magnificent

We really enjoyed the locations view. The breakfast view was amazing , and the owners were also very nice.

Friendly and efficient hostess, with quick responses to any requests or questions. The bed and furniture were very comfortable, with a handy fridge and microwave. Terrific views from the property which was clearly marked by a sign on the main road. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and we had large pool all to ourselves. Easy driving distance to the Botanical Garden, the village of Deshaies, and the beautiful nearby beaches.

Fun and comfortable place to stay. Eric was the best host we have ever had! The pool is great! Worth it to pay for breakfast at least once during your stay.

Absolutely stunning views over Deshaies bay and one of the most beautiful pools I've ever seen. It's a family run property, and they couldn't have been kinder. The room is a great size, and was very clean. Breakfast by the pool area in the morning was delightful (warning, it's a proper feast so keep your stomach empty!). Electric roller blinds and AC kept the room cool.

The lush surroundings, beautiful views and the privacy of our cottage made for a relaxing stay. What made it even better was the warm hospitality of our hosts, Etienne and Didier. The table d’hote dinners were a highlight of our trip.

This location was our favorite of all the places we stayed in Guadeloupe. Murielle has created something very special at La Baie du Bonheur, always there with a smile, quick to respond to any questions, always offering a little something extra to help up feel at home and make the most out of our stay. From the property it is easy to walk to the beach and restaurants, while still feeling like you are tucked away from the bustle of town. The room is spacious and very clean, with everything you need to be comfortable for a longer stay (we stayed 7 nights). There is even a large private space outside (with a grill) to enjoy a little quiet time. We loved the breakfast, full of fresh bread and pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea. The view from the breakfast area is beautiful, but what we enjoyed most was our conversation with Murielle each morning. It was so nice getting to know her and learning more about the island. (Getting to play with her sweet dogs was a huge plus!) We would happily stay here again if we return to Guadeloupe and have already recommended La Baie du Bonheur to others.
