We were able to try Tibetan butter milk tea and Tibetan pancakes which we had never tried before. The lady was very nice, and she gave us a packed breakfast because we were leaving early on our last day

This’ll remain one my sweetest memories of India. Not just sleeping in someone’s house, but being invited into a home. They treated me like family.
