I recently stayed at The Falcon Inn and had an excellent experience. The hospitality and service truly stood out, especially from the reception staff Arman and Hashim. They were incredibly welcoming, polite, and always ready to assist with any request. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm service from the entire team. I highly recommend The Falcon Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you once again to Arman and Hashim for your outstanding support and hospitality. Staff was very rude and even they get angry if u request something. Cleaners smells really bad even the receptionist bad breath smell . Bad behavior . N smells bad .

Very nice hotel in the heart of Chembur. Staff was very friendly. Great restaurant and a great Cafe in the same building with discount for hotel guests. I had a great time there staying during a business trip

Small but compact and perfect in every aspect, even small needs like new toothbrush, paste, shampoo, conditioner water etc are perfectly placed. Very near to airport . Staff very polite.

Could not ask for a better location. Felt super safe, and had all the main attractions of the neighborhood literally at your doorstep. Room was spacious, and the balcony overlooking the street was a fun feature. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They let me leave my baggage with them while I went out to explore after checking out.

Friendly and helpful Manager. Our Adaptors wouldn't work so he was happy to charge up my powerpack while we were out in the day. He looked out for us in evenings on a busy area. Rooms are generally clean and have a TV. Fans AC All good working condition good. Stored our bags on checkout. Overall good value for money and would recommend for this part of Mumbai Distance to main tourist attractions is 15min only
