The place is great, we stayed here for 6 nights and it is really very cool. There is a metro nearby but we liked this huge green area the most in Dubai, lots of flowers and birds, there is also a small shopping center nearby. There is a pool quite large and clean a few steps away from the villa. The villa is rented out with 2 separate bedrooms from which there is access to the common area on the second floor, the rest of the villa is only used by the owners. The breakfasts were great, very tasty. Inside was clean, very soft bed and nice linens.

The construction site that will last for at least 1 more year destroyed all the good work people have put in this villa. Had to leave a 00:30 am as I could not sleep from so much noise. The staff is very friendly, price was great for such a wonderful villa and the location one of a kind but that noise can't make me come back. Wish I was able to stay longer
