B&Bs in Istanbul

Considering the affordable price, I didn’t have high expectations, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious enough and we received a sufficient number of clean towels every day. The breakfast was buffet-style and truly diverse – from various cheeses, salads, spreads, fruits, coffee, tea, juice to cereals. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent – the tram stop is nearby, as well as the ferry pier and two metro lines. Some major landmarks are even within walking distance. Overall, a great experience! I would especially recommend this hotel for larger families, as it offers great value, comfort, and convenience.

I really enjoyed my stay in this room. It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location is excellent — close to most major tourist attractions, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The building has an elevator, so there’s no need to use the stairs, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — may God give them strength for their hard work. Also, their pistachio coffee is a must-try — absolutely delicious food ! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I really like Ottoman Suites and will come stay here again soon. The rooms and building are great. Stylish as pictured. The neighbourhood is lovely: got a nice vibe, close to everything, but also not in the thick of it with its own peace and charm. Breakfast is a joy. The cats are the best. Location, help desk, breakfast 🍳, AC was working perfectly and place is clean. Stuff is very polite and helpful. Whatever you need, ask them and they will help you.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming.

Our family came to Istanbul for a reunion trip, with relatives flying in from two different countries, and we booked two suites on the 4th and 5th floors. Overall, we had a really great stay here and would absolutely come back. Pros: The location is honestly amazing. You’re super close to İstiklal Avenue, Tünel Funicular, the tram, restaurants, cafés, basically everything — but the hotel itself is tucked away on a quiet little street, so it never felt chaotic or loud. After spending all day in busy tourist areas, coming back to a calm street was such a relief. The hotel also felt surprisingly private. We never heard neighbors, and on our floors there were only two rooms per floor, which made everything feel quiet and relaxed. The beds were VERY comfortable. Like actually comfortable, not “hotel comfortable.” We slept so well here. The suites worked perfectly for our family because there was a separate bedroom plus a living room with a small kitchen area, so everyone had a bit of personal space. Also, having an elevator in an older Istanbul building is honestly a huge bonus. The people working here were probably our favorite part of the stay. Huge thank you to Isa, Azar, and Ceren. Isa and Azar were always friendly, chill, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They also helped arrange the sleeping setup exactly the way we wanted it, even though I know it probably created extra work for them. My husband and I especially loved talking with Isa. We ended up having conversations about history, music, languages, culture, life in Turkey, life in general… he’s honestly a very smart and interesting person to talk to. You can tell he’s curious about the world and enjoys learning about other cultures too. Also Isa — if you ever see this review — keep practicing your English, you’re doing great :) Azar was also incredibly kind and dependable.

Fantastic hotel in the best location of Istanbul. Very friendly, flexible and understanding team. They adapted to my travel changes in several occasions without any minor inconvenience. Definitely I will stay there when I visit Istanbul.

I had a great time at Riverland. The host and staff were very helpful. Ramazan was incredibly supportive throughout my stay and assisted me with everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for solo female travelers.

The room was very clean. There was a double bed for two person in the living area, the attached small bedroom with single bed was suitable for us (3 adults) . Famous building as blue temple can go by walking very good location. There are also some good restaurant nearby.

Very welcoming staff, dedicated, very helpfully, proactive to make your stay very comfortable and enjoying your time in Istambul. Location cannot be better, just the street in between the saint Sophia and blue mosquee... It is also like 5min walk from the T1 tramway to go from historical center to the busy night restaurant/Cafe/bar place (3 tramway stations) in like 5 min.... If you take breakfast during the sunrise you will have an amazing sighseeing with the sun rising behind the bosphore River. On the breakfast terrace additional to the bosphore you can see the blue mosquee and saint sophia....splendid 360 degree view. It is very charming hotel with spacious room. All family (we were 4) like it very much, especially kindness and the service from the staff....

Breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast, good and healthy. The location was very close to the big main sight in Istanbul.

Bright Apart Hotel is the best hotel. It is a two bedroom with balcony flat, the interior is sparkling clean, the Bath is exquisite, the mattresses are so comfortable and the bedding was so luxurious. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could possibly want and the quality of the items throughout the home were top notch. The apartment is in a great location, you can walk everywhere, there is easy parking on the street, and the service from the property manager was 10/10. We have been traveling for 2 weeks and this apartment was the best we have stayed in. TV, Netflix, Turkish bath, luxurious furnishings with rich touches all about the apartment. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Book this place. You won't be disappointed. We were only 3 people, but there are 5 beds and 2 huge couches. A whole family and then some would fit comfortably. Come to Istanbul and stay here!! You will not be disappointed!
