The host, Raggi, was wonderful, helpful with information and tips to do in the town and nearby erea. Raggi recomended for us to go to the top of Bolafjall and wowwww, what an experience and view! Location of the place was excellent, short walking distance to the swimming pool and everything else in town.

All the staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. To accommodate our request for private bath and two beds they put us in a deluxe room, very spacious. The food was excellent, especially the fish soup! We did the ring road trip so we stayed at several guesthouses, and this one was by far the best!

Booked one night when other choices not available. Pleasantly surprised with clean facilities and large comfertable common area... much better than other reviews indicate.

Very nice homestay with all the amenities needed for your stay. Quiet, clean and traditional property with a very friendly and helpful host. Pingeyri is a lovely little town as well :) highly reccomended

Lovely building that feels like a museum. Don't forget to check out the basement with its antique furniture and radio etc. Comfy beds, good shower, great floorboards and original decor. It wasn't built as a lodge, so noise does penetrate but this is a reflection of the behavior of the guests, nothing else. And no, bed bugs don't exist.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Ísafjörður, Guesthouse Gamla is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.

The guesthouse was a perfect stopping point in our drive through the West Fjords. Very clean, easy instructions for entry. We happened to be the only guests that night so it was very quiet.

Stefanie's guesthouse is nicely located in the charming village of Flateyri, the room is comfortable and the house provides access to a nice shared kitchen, cozy shared living room and shared bathroom. The room also offers a nice view of the Fjord. You need to take care of your own eating arrangements.
