The staff works very hard to meet your needs. For example: Transportation Nico helped with transportation arrangements for us when we completed our cruise and traveled to Rome.

Nice place to stay at Civitavecchia. The staff is really helpful and the place is comfortable. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. You can walk easily from the port.

Everyone was so helpful. We left some things behind and they gathered them up and we were able to collect them. I especially loved the terrace where we could sit out and drink coffee. It was a very relaxing stay.

We only stayed one night before a cruise, I think we will spend a few days here next year.

The host was very warm and welcoming! He gave us great information regarding places to eat and how to get to the cruise terminal the next day. The space was beautiful and there were many thoughtful touches. There was food available so we could make breakfast and have snacks. There were toys for the kids to play with. Overall, it was a great stay!

Everything, location, the rooms comodity, spacious, very good location of the place, everything is close by, very near to the pier and all the attractions, the host is very kind, the place is very tidy and clean, the bathrooms and the showers are perfect, the bed is unbelievable comfortable, no noise in the streets

Anna was a life saver! After our first B&B (which we reserved months ago) refused to let us in when our flight was delayed by an hour, we frantically tried finding other accommodations. We found the Emy Suites, booked through booking dot com, and called to make sure they could actually accommodate us at such a late hour (9pm). Anna responded, said not to worry, and immediately texted instructions on how to get into the room. The room was comfy, quiet (there was a street party happening a block away that we could barely hear inside the room), and perfectly located halfway between the rail station and the cruise port. The bathroom was great, with a rain shower, towel warmer, bidet, and hair dryer. The fridge had juice, yogurt, and water (all included). There was also a coffee pod machine (with milk!) and tea. All you could need! Next time we’re in Civitavecchia, we’ll START with the Emy Suites!
