We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Room was nice. We had a queen bed and a bunk bed, The room was very clean and comfortable. All the amenities were there. Overall it was a very good experience.

Good location very near GardaLand. Exceptional service. Stefano greeted us warmly and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cleaning staff did a great job. Everything was spotless and it is obvious that they pay great attention to details.

Staff was very friendly, the private parking lot is great aswell. And the location right at the lake was gorgeous.

We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 boys. The flat was clean, well decorated, quiet, very comfortable for a family, with new furniture and a modern bathroom. We were too busy to see everything around the lake, so we did not have the time to relax at the beautiful balcony or to have a drink viewing the sunset from the terrace. The location is great. Very close to restaurants and services. Although the housekeeping is paid extra, they changed the towels once. Would definitely choose it again!

One of the highlights of our stay was the homemade breakfast prepared by the family. The combination of comfortable accommodation, delicious homemade breakfasts, and outstanding service provided by the family made it an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend anyone seeking a unique and heartwarming getaway, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The room is quite large and spacious. A large balcony with a great view towards a very pretty house. ☺️ The host is pleasant and friendly. Free covered parking place is available on the premises. Heating is available at any time. A lovely garden where you can relax and socialize.🤗 Gardaland and other nearby amusement parks are a 5-minute drive away while Pesceria del Garda is on 10-minutes drive.

Our room vas very spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel is very nice decorated and designed and has enough free parking spaces. Breakfast is superb! There is something for every taste. Comfortable sitting area, partly outdoor, makes breakfast even more pleasant. Our host gladely answered all our questions regarding getting around the area. Cola is wonderful and has some charm. Would be happy if we could stay for day or two more. Gardaland and safary Parco Natura Viva are very near, few minutes drive.

Vanessa and Luigi are great hosts, very kind, friendly and caring. Our room was very clean and modern, everything is well thought in the room and in the building, parking place available in the property. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and very soft towels, a desk in the room, seating area in front of the room, feels like home. The lamps next to the bed can also charge mobile phones. Wi-fi is good. It is a relaxing place in a quiet area but you can walk to the restaurants or to thermal park in Cola. Breakfast is great, lots of salty, sweet, healthy options, they prepare your egg or coffee as you like and freshly prepared/baked pancakes and cakes are available in addition to bread and croissants.

We had an amazing time here! Our room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was very delicious with a large variety of food and Scarlett and Antonio were the best hosts we could have had! They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, parking spaces and we had lovely conversations with them. We wish we could've stayed longer!
