B&Bs in Mongawa

It was beautiful! Sea view, tennis court, very clean and great service! They gave us the most amazing local reccomendations! There is packing.

The property had a nice-sized room, and a wonderful view off the balcony. The lack of climate control didn’t bother me too much, as having the window open and fans on at night mostly mitigated the issue.

The location was very convenient — only a few minutes’ walk from the station, and close to both Atami and Hakone. The price was also very reasonable for a private room.

Where can I start! This has been one of the best place I have stayed in Japan. The host was amazingly nice, the personal very friendly, they can speak English so it was easier. Staying there was like therapy. Great atmosphere, art everywhere even in every bed. Really comfortable and warm.

Location was very convenient, the host was the best

It was close to the station and relatively easy to find with a maps app. The staff was kind and helpful and answered all my questions. The mixed dorm's futons were comfortable and clean and spacious. And, there was even a small onsen available for use.

It is a very good location close to many good seafood restaurants in Hakone, really great food around, not so expensive. The host is nice and supportive, we have a small kid and the host supported us to have an early check-in. The place is clean and quite comfortable

Clean stay with the friendliest host. We enjoyed the onsen with wonderful mountain and sea views as well as an ice cream gift after bathing! The host allowed us to drop off our luggae early which freed us to stroll around the temple nearby and the rest of Atami, all of the host’s recommendations! My friends and I used the common area often as it was filled with natural light and windows across the entire span of the room. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!
