B&Bs in Kyoto

I really enjoyed my stay at Hana Hostel. The staff made me feel so welcome, and they were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. The best part was the atmosphere—it's so easy to connect with other guests and share experiences about our days in Kyoto. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!

Very attentive staff. They were extremely helpful on the questions I asked about transportation within the area. Very close to lots of points of interest.

It was nice to experience something different and share with other people the common areas. Also was a cozy and warm place to stay.

The property is so comfy and homey. Oji chan who works there are extremely friendly and hospitable. Not to mention the location and the architecture? Amazing. 10/10. The breakfast area was an old 100 years japanese machiya. Highly highly recommended! A huge plus, they offer free bikes as well.

This guesthouse was very nice! The location was in a quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated and everyone was very respectful of each other's space. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need and all the spaces were very clean. Would stay here again!

Beautiful traditional Japan guest house loved every day we stayed, just a busy ride away from all destinations, the girls where so kind and lovely from the start to the end helping with our luggage in and out, comfortable bedroom, loved the main garden and privet one to our room, felt very homely. 💚💚✨ I highly recommend! Amazing price for the quality.

I loved the traditional aspect of this location. The host was such a helpful and kind woman! If we go back to Kyoto we will surely be staying there again!

Everything was really nice and easy to use.

Good restaurants nearby, quiet neighborhood. The staff responded to my questions very promptly, and the common areas were very clean. There were quite a few combinis/grocery stores nearby so it was quite convenient. In-building laundry machine was very useful for us.

Location was good and it seems very occidental type hotel

The room was very comfortable and we really liked the traditional little table (chabutai) and the seats with no legs (zabuton)! The floor had tatami. It had a really nice feel to it. We slept in actual beds, very comfortable too. The bathroom was great, hot water with a lot of pressure. Smart toilet, very cool. The location was 15min to the center by foot.
