B&Bs in Arugam Bay

We loved our stay at Maccan's - the proximity to the beach is great, the service provided by staff was above and beyond what we have encountered to date on this journey. The rooms are spacious and provide ample lightning and privacy to relax. We felt our room was well priced - the water in shower is not super hot however, this did not impact negatively on our stay. The pool and pool surroundings are excellent to meet and converse with other guests - we found this an excellent opportunity to discuss other Sri Lankan and Arugam Bay experiences we may of other wised missed. Not to mention the crew at Maccan's are fairly handy surfers and will be more than happy to discuss - how best to assist you catching some Arugam Bay waves.

The cabana we rented was very nice and cozy. There was a fan and a mosquito net. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach. The shared shower and toilet are clean. Beautiful ambiance with waves crashing on the shore. It is great that the breakfast is included

The location is the best, close to the main surfing point and to all the restaurants.

The way dormitory arranged was great rather than having bunk beds they have arrange beds in a unique way ❤️ Great atmosphere ❤️ Great place to enjoy your time ❤️

Amazing location away from the hustle and bustle of Aruguam Bay. Clean and nice rooms with good A/C which is much needed considering how hot it gets during the summer months. Great service. All of the staff is super welcoming and you always feel properly taken care of. Good breakfast. Would recommend anyone going to Aruguam Bay to stay at the Danish Villa!

I like primarily the location and service of this property. Fazeel and his staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room is clean and very spacious with good WiFi, lighting, and air-conditioning. Their restaurant offers tasty and very affordable food.

Excellent staff super friendly and helpful. Lovely gardens and it is only 5 meters from the beach.

Amazing accommodation and hospitality! Comfortable room with good AC, good mattress and water pressure. Solid wifi supports video calls. Fully equipped kitchen and private fridge in the room was awesome. Perfect location - its on the quieter side of town, with a general store across the street and a few minutes walk to the main part of town. Kindest hosts in all of sri lanka that can help you with anything you need.
