A tropical haven only 20 minutes from the airport. Two pools, lush greenery shaded by coconut trees. Friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms with a/c and hot water. Delicious breakfast and free airport pick up. I wish I had of stayed longer!

Kenneth set up Mango House originally to cater for Japanese tourists to Sri Lanka. Post-COVID he made the decision to open up to everyone and I'm so glad he did. The grounds are immaculate, and there is such an obvious sense of pride in what he does. The guest house is essentially it's own little compound with gardens and a pool, And is such a wonderfully peaceful break from the chaos.

So clean and comfortable. Such beautiful friendly staff. The pool was great and it was so relaxing. So easy to walk to other restaurants and activities. We arrived very late in the night and the staff were so accommodating with that. Yummy breakfast! We were made to feel very special and felt very rejuvenated and relaxed after having long flights beforehand.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the amenities were exactly as described. I felt well taken care of during my entire stay. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The pool and the staff was amazing. Moreover, the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and the view from the roof top restaurant incredible. The location is close to nice restaurants and the beach.

I stayed at Edward’s Airport Guest for one night and had a great experience. The host is incredibly nice and kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There’s also a pool where you can chill and relax, which is a nice bonus. The location is very convenient—only about 20 minutes from the airport. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again.

This little gem of a hotel was located just a few blocks from the main strip and so was peaceful and quiet with a pool as well. The host, Manjula(?), was very accommodating and took care of everything we needed and he maintained the grounds so perfectly. It was really quite a pleasure to stay here! The beds were the best in Sri Lanka, room had hot water, a/c, mini-fridge and kettle. Perfect!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this centrally located guest house for a very reasonable price. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city. They provided me both early check-in and late checkout. Hosts Magdalin and Festus were rally nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area or to use this property for transit.

Friendliness & hospitality

Great place to stay. We liked the location: nearby restaurants and the Negombo beach, and amenities.

It’s a small place where it was easy to meet and chat with other travelers. It’s nearby the airport so easy and quick to get to. Within walking distance of the beach. The pool area is quiet and relaxing. The hotel was very accommodating, offering great breakfast and very delicious dinners.
