Hello, We started Christima Residence in 2014. Its a family owned business. We have four 2 bedroom apartments with a pool and beautiful garden.

My name is Chamara Fernando. My Father Martin Fernando looks after everything with the property since I live outside Sri Lanka.

Negombo is a quiet city, with its unique beach and sea. There are lot of restaurants and shops you can visit. Most of the people come here just before they start their tour in Sri Lanka or before they leave the country. Its a good place for long term stay. There is Fish Market, Boat rides, bird watching, dutch fort and Canal and lots of religious buildings.
