Situated in Negombo just a 5 min walk to the Negombo beach, 4 KM away from the Negombo Bus Stand, 750 metres away from the Negombo Railway Station Bandaranaike International Airport is a 20-minute drive away.We have an outdoor swimming pool and provide free parking.We can also arrange airport pick up at an additional cost.All our rooms are equipped with TV ,seating area and private bathroom.
Renovation Notice
Please note that renovation work is currently taking place on the 1st floor of the front block of the property until 02nd of June 2026.
The remaining two blocks, which have separate entrances, are fully operational and not affected by the renovation. We take care to allocate guests to these unaffected areas to ensure a comfortable stay.
Work is limited to daytime hours, and we do our best to minimize any inconvenience caused.
