- great hosts - amazing location you can travel by bus but i would advice to rent a car - feels very local, not tourist town - clean in all facility - big kitchen for guests

Hospitality, great communication, the family that run the place are so welcoming. The view and surrounding are exeptional.

The studio is fully equipped, modern, comfortable, beautiful and designed with a lot of taste and love. It has a beautiful sea view and it's clean and tidy. I was really lucky to stay here. The hosts are kind and caring.I plan to visit again.

First of all - Marko is an AMAZING host. My spouse and I arrived one day early due to a planning error on our own part; Marko was extremely accommodating and helpful in trying to find us somewhere to stay for that first night (his hotel was fully booked at the time). It seems he's close friends with every single person in Perast, and in the end he found us a place to stay for the night (mind you, at a perfectly fair and reasonable price). Throughout our stay Marko and his wife were incredibly attentive to our every need, and gave us valuable and in-depth information about everything there is to do in and around Perast. The room we stayed in was spacious, quiet, super clean, and comfortably cool due to the AC. The view of the bay and the little harbor was fantastic too. Absolutely spectacular service; we cannot recommend it enough. 10/10!

Hard to describe how beautiful this place was. Everything was perfect, clean, well resourced and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and were happy to store our bags the day we checked out. You couldn't pick a better place for your stay in Perast.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would gladly recommend it. The hosts(Julijana and Balgoje) were warm, welcoming, and very responsive, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. The apartment was cozy, well-kept, and exactly as pictured. Its location is exceptional—right on the seafront with stunning views over the mountains andKotor Bay. Overall, everything exceeded expectations and contributed to a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

The terrace and view were great. The host was very helpful and hospitable. All the details of the house are very new and beautifully decorated. Don't look anywhere else, it's definitely recommended!

Villa is very well located, clean and well equipped. Perfect view from terrace. Extraordinary host, which literally made our stay perfect. Looking forward to visit Villa Nautica again!
