B&Bs in Rivière Noire

This is a great out-of-the-way location that is still central to all the great activities in this part of Mauritius. The staff were very accomodating and easy to communicate with. And you couldn't have a sweeter guest manager than Praline, who came by to visit us daily.

The bed is very comfortable. Room is well equipped, clean and spacious. We felt at ease, slept well and enjoyed our stay at Le Gite du Bonheur very much. We rented our car with Le Gite which has great options for their rental. Well located to discover the West and South of the Island. Lots of hiking options and sea excursions/ activities next to the guest house. The Host is Great and will do everything possible to assist. Thank you Cody for the great hospitality. We recommend Le Gite du Bonheur and if we come to Mauritius, we will be back!

It’s a perfect little spot , close to everything you need. The family who owns it makes you feel like part of the family. Food for the soul! Loved it and will be back!

We loved this new property and it’s decor. A hidden secret. Fabulous energy and ambiance. Tropical style, very exotic the rooms had everything you could wish for. the service was fantastic. staff were friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. We loved everything about the hotel 💕

The place was very near to the restaurants and shops.

- Very easy checkin process, I was sent all instructions before coming, plus got a small welcome pack: buscuits and bottler of water. - Spacious room with modern deco, comfortable bed and lots of natural light. - I had a terrace for myself, but also a larger communical one where I did some work online with great wifi. - There’s 2 floors and a kitchen for each, so it’s never too busy - Quiet area yet very close to shops, restaurants, beach etc.. - Had ample space to park my scooter - Hosts are super communicative and kind
