Boutique B&B Oud Aa was excellent in every way. The property is beautifully presented, with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. The hosts demonstrated excellent hospitality, making the stay feel warm and personal. The room was large, clean, and filled with natural light, creating a very comfortable space to relax. There was also ample parking available, which made things very convenient. The location was beautiful on the water with a large garden. The hostess Jikkemyn was great and very helpful. The room was very fun with a great view. There are several good restaurants not too far away. There is a train connection to Amsterdam close by, so you could easily visit the main tourist places and other places in the Netherlands. The breakfast was simple but high quality items. It would be great to take a day and bike around or use a canoe to follow the waterway.

Our room was exactly as pictured with a view over the canal. We went out for breakfast and we found lovely cafes just across the bridge and around the corner. In the early evening we would walk to a bar to have a drink and people watch. Utrecht is a wonderful walking city truly worth a visit. Our host, Niels, was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had use of a washing machine and dryer (which was not in our room)it was much appreciated. There is a supermarket within 5 mins walk if you want to buy milk or snacks. Everything was easy!
