Cozy location and excellent breakfast served

We stayed in this lovely house with the lovely family who owns the place. It was better than I expected and imagined. They were so friendly and welcoming as well as very helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable also very huge with a beautiful kitchen where you’ll be able to cook food. The property has Exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for place away from busy city and relaxed atmosphere. The view of the room is so beautiful which adds comfort and tranquility. I thank them for their hospitality and I’ll definitely stay there again when I go to Netherlands.

The Netherlands is not only Amsterdam,...it's is also a beautiful countryside with great working people! So, if you wanna see countryside - it's a great place to get this awesome experience! We loved that place and atmosphere. I wish I could stay longer.

The location was excellent, very close to the waterfront and restaurants, and the apartment was comfortable, clean and convenient for our family stay. The hosts were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Patrick’s studio guesthouse! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Patrick was a fantastic host, responsive and welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed. The guesthouse had all the essentials and more, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a peaceful atmosphere. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the easy access to local spots. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

It's essentially a farm near Amsterdam, but with excellent public transportation links to the city: about a 10-minute walk, then a 7-10-minute bus ride (which runs quite frequently) to the train station, and from there the city center is within walking distance. The room is clean, spacious, very comfortable and well-appointed, and the hostess is very friendly. The bathroom is quite large and recently renovated, although it's a bit inconvenient because it's located outside our room and you have to go out into the hallway to use it. But these are minor details, and I highly recommend this place.
