CanadaThe host is exceptional, she is very sweet and attentive. We arrived very late at night and she managed to help us settle in. The hostel is clean and comfortable, it has a small terrace and a kitchen that can be used. Everything comes in pretty handy, also offering different kinds of tea near the reception desk. The location is pretty good too with the main square being 10 minutes of walk away and a big super market 5 mins away if you need supplements. The neighbourhood is quiet at night so the sleep is good. It is a great choice to stay considering the price and quality.

NetherlandsThe staff was amazing! Location was maybe a 10 min walk from the city center, where you can find all the sights and restaurants. The walk didn’t bother us at all. You can also get a taxi. The room was clean and the property was so pretty. The view from their rooftop where you can eat breakfast was great!

The hotel is located in a very beautiful colonial house.
It was very clean, comfortable and quiet
We got a very spacious private room with private bathroom that was perfect. The bathroom had hot water which was perfect after a day of travelling.
We had breakfast (which was very good) on the rooftop with a beautiful view .
Eddy (the manager) was very helpful. He booked for us a 2 days trek to colca canyon from Arequipa with transfer to Puno. He also helped us to get back our lost luggages.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. It has a great location right in the heart of the city. Very quiet as traffic doesn't travel along the road it's located on. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar which was great for sipping a pisco sour at the end of the day.
