Hostel is really well managed, very clean and tidy. Staff went out of their way to help.

The place is a great escape from the noise and hustle of Arequipa, we enjoyed the garden, the pool and the food very much. The staff is super friendly and attentive :D

Great quite location and super clean!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Arequipa. The property is beautiful, with a charming courtyard, a lovely terrace, and a café/bar area where breakfast is served and where guests can relax throughout the day. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. One of the features we appreciated most was the comfortable lounge area available for travelers arriving before check-in time. Having access to seating, restrooms, and even showers before getting our room was extremely convenient and thoughtful, especially after a long journey. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We also appreciated the breakfast box they prepared for guests with very early departures, which was a nice touch and showed their commitment to guest comfort. We did have a small issue with our room, as it was not exactly as shown in the photos. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and immediately offered to move us to another room the following day. In the end, we decided to keep our original room, but we greatly appreciated their willingness to find a solution and ensure we were satisfied. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with great facilities, thoughtful services, and attentive staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Arequipa.

It was amazing in every aspect, cleanness, service, installations, gorgeous decor you name it, the staff in general was amazing but Gilmar who works at the front desk was the best of all of them, by far, a true hospitality worker kudos call to him

Excellent breakfast Staff at breakfast place was Very nice Jaime was very helpful in our stay in Arequipa overall Hotel was as expected just a bit noise at night due to bars and night clubs are close by.

The rooms were very well furnished, attractive and comfortable. The staff, from reception to servers on rooftop terrace, were exceptional, very helpful and pleasant. You won't regret staying here. Be sure to go to the rooftop terrace for drinks at sunset. Very special.

Right next to the Plaza and the biggest Cathedral. Pretty quiet. Nice room and facilities. The included Breakfast was good with fresh juice and bread.

Great location in La Plaza de Armas. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and historic feeling rooms. Great breakfast. Would definately stay there again.

Perfect location and had good views.

It was very clean and in a great location. Early check in was very nice and the staff was very accommodating.

Great place right around the corner of the main square. Very clean and private rooms are cosy with lots of natural light. Kitchen is massive with heaps of utensils, biggest shared kitchen we have used on our travels.

The guy who was there most of the time was very friendly, helped me with my bags and got up for me at 5am in the morning when I left and helped me with my bag again. Very helpful :)

Great location and clean facilities

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the monastery and churches and main plaza. It is nice and quiet and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating.
