Nice place Stayed for 1 night before machu piccu and they let you leave our bags there when needed Super close to the train station as well.

The staff is very helpful, patient and friendly. We were traveling with our almost 2 year-old daughter and they were very accommodating. The breakfast is tasty, with fresh fruit and quinoa pancakes. The coffee is excellent.

Great location after a long hike with nice staff and storage for the day we went to Machu Picchu, can only recommend!

Magical place! A little tropical paradise just below Machu Pichu. It was so great to arrive after a day of walking and find a comfortable room with hot water. The food was great and the botanical garden is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay

Perfect location for early Machu Picchu entrance, since the bus pick up location is right there. They kept the bags for us after our check out, while we returned from Machu Picchu

This accommodation was ideal for our visit to Machu Picchu. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet aside from the beautiful sound of the rushing river. The staff were really accommodating and welcoming. They provided a bag of snacks, fruit, and water for us to take to go since we were leaving around 5am to hike up to Machu Picchu and wouldn’t be there for the set breakfast time. Highly recommend!

The room was big enough, I received a free upgrade with a Jacuzzi that was really amazing after several days of tracking. Location is very convenient close to main square and a few steps from the Machu Pichu ticket office. Staff really helpful and welcoming. My stay was really pleasant,

Location was perfect! Close to the train, 1 min walk to Ministry of Culture, and right at the bus loading for Machu Picchu. Nice breakfast. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water (just had to wait a few minutes for it to turn hot). They held my bags until i left in the afternoon. The owner was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend and could not have asked for a better stay in Aguas Calientes!

The lady who handled the cash was incredibly helpful. My cousin and I stayed for one night and had to leave for Machu Picchu early at 6 a.m., waking up at 4 a.m. When we came downstairs, she had already prepared our breakfast and gave it to us, even though breakfast wasn’t served until 5:30 a.m. She also stored our luggage safely in a room until we returned.

Good place, but on the train tracks- Noisy- dogs barking- but overall good place.

The room was clean and comfortable. We also had breakfast, which is served starting at 5 AM. This is especially nice if you have early entry tickets for Machu Picchu.

I loved staying here. Amazing view for the price (for our room)! You have a natural river noise at night, I slept sooo well after the Salkantay trek. Breakfast is included, but very very simple. It was enough to get us going to Machu Picchu.

My room 205 was exceptional. It has a nice view of the small waterfall. The only room with balcony I guess.

It was very comfortable and extremely clean. The staff picked us up and took us to the hotel at 9pm. Then at 6am, he made us breakfast (delish omelet) and was very helpful with our questions. Will hope to come back and stay at 1911!
