10/10 means definitely would stay again and also recommend to friends/family. Very kind and helpful Hotel staff in a beautiful natural serene garden setting very close and convenient located to the train station. Also not far off the town center and ruins. The alpacas are a bonus point, we tried not to use them as a photo op, they just enjoy doing their own quiet thing anyway : )

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! We were warmly welcomed by the manager, Walter, who was incredibly generous and friendly. Our room was spacious, bright, and spotless. The shower was fantastic—clean with excellent water pressure. By the way, I want to highlight the windows, which had great noise insulation—we slept very well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ollantaytambo. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay!

It’s a brand new property right on the main square with modernist design plus enough electronic outlets with USB ports and good WIFI. It’s good value for money and well designed. The best part is due to the ideal location of this property unlike other hotels you don’t have to drag your luggage through this old Incan cobblestones to get to your hotel. The freshly American breakfast was hearty and great convenience for the hike of the day.

Don Andres and his wife were very kind to us. What touched us deeply was his (1) generosity to allow us to stay in a better room after we could not come the first night due to our altitude sickness in Cusco, and (2) willingness to lead us toward the train station the early morning when we left Ollantaytambo.

Great, friendly place with an excellent breakfast. Two nights is not long enough in Ollantaytambo! Fantastic little town.

The whole experience was exceptional! We arrived in the dark & when we woke in the morning and saw the incredible view, it took our breath away. Comfortable beds, furniture was lovely, complete kitchen, everything worked well. Staff were always available to answer any questions. They arranged our pickup from Cusco. They got up with us at 5:15 in the morning to walk with us to get a taxi to the train station. We would highly recommend staying here. Exceptional.

Great hotel after finishing Salkentay trek and Machu Picchu. Easy to find. Very hot shower, clean bed, comfortable blankets. Friendly staff. Enjoyable breakfast (fruit, bread, jam, coffee). Beautiful view upon opening the curtains in the morning. Very good price for the hotel.

The host was so nice and gave us many great tips for our trip to machu picchu. The room was very comfortable with a good hot shower. The terrace was very beautiful and the location was very close to the towns square
